The Koroneiki variety of olive from the Peloponnese region of Greece produces a superior quality olive oil. We harvest the unripe olives during the autumn months .Green olives produce less oil but have a wonderful fruity note.
Our oil is produced entirely without chemicals or fertilizers,
and because it's imported from Greece and bottled at source within hours of pressing the olives, you can be assured it complies with the most stringent testing for purity. Our oil is obtained only from the first press- cold pressed.
